Total volume of media400 mL800 mL1800 mL
Sodium Chloride3.4 g6.8 g17.2 g
Distilled water400 mL800 mL1800 mL
  1. Prepare media in desired volumes.
  2. Carefully add a stir bar to flask and mix ingredients. Remove stir bar before autoclaving.
  3. Autoclave on a liquid load for at least 45 minutes.
  4. Store at room temperature.
