INGREDIENT	500 mL bottle	1000 mL bottle	2000 mL bottle
Total volume of media	400 mL	800 mL	1800 mL
Sodium Chloride	3.4 g	6.8 g	17.2 g
Distilled water	400 mL	800 mL	1800 mL

Prepare media in desired volumes.
Carefully add a stir bar to flask and mix ingredients. Remove stir bar before autoclaving.
Autoclave on a liquid load for at least 45 minutes.
Store at room temperature.
