Research Interests
I'm currently investigating collateral drug sensitivity and evolutionary accessibility in Escherichia coli with the amazing Peter Conlin and Homma Khosroyani. We are also investigating effects of compensatory mutations on drug MICs. Any research involving neurobiology, genetics, evolution, and infectious diseases/vaccinology gives me heart palpitations.
