Research Involvement
I work on a research project with Peter Conlin and Elsha Eggink on collateral drug sensitivity and the evolutionary accessibility of Escherichia coli. We are also working on a project called COMMUTE, which addresses how compensatory mutations conferring antibiotic resistance influence MICs.
