My Interests

I am in my third and final year at the University of Washington studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. My interests include reading, spending time with friends and family, and outdoor adventures. Under the mentorship of Olivia Kosterlitz, I am currently investigating how a bacteria host's genomic background determines the distribution of fitness effects and subsequent evolution of a given protein. As an active member of the RSO Biology Students for Equity, I firmly believe that science is for everyone and am passionate about promoting equity in academia and biological research.
