Research Interests

Howdy! My name is Chenxi (He/Him). My research centers around several core questions: 1. How does spatial structure shape the evolution of bacteriophage? 2. Can we use a model to predict the outcome of bacteriophage evolution to inform phage therapy? 3. Reversibility of bacteriophage virulence phenotype and its underlying genetic mechanisms.
