Magnesium Sulfate Buffer

10% Magnesium Sulfate Solution

INGREDIENT100 mL bottle
Total volume of media100 mL
Magnesium Sulfate 7H2010.0 g
Distilled water100 mL
  1. Carefully add a stir bar to bottle and mix ingredients; once mixed, remove stir bar.
  2. Vent bottle by loosening cap.
  3. Cover bottle with lid and apply small piece of tabbed autoclave tape lid onto bottle.
  4. Autoclave on a liquid load.
  5. After autoclaving, let cool to room temperature.
