- Label appropriate sized bottle with tabbed colored tape, including the following information: initials, date, type of media (Minimal Media), and boxes that can be checked for the ingredients that you will add after autoclaving (Sugar, Magnesium Sulfate, and Thiamine).
- Prepare media in desired volumes.
- Autoclave on a liquid load, for at least 45 minutes.
- After autoclaving, let cool to room temperature and add the following stock solutions.

- Mix ingredients and store at room temperature.
