Sodium Chloride | 3.4 g | 6.8 g | 17.2 g |
Distilled water | 400 mL | 800 mL | 1800 mL |
- Prepare media in desired volumes.
- Carefully add a stir bar to flask and mix ingredients. Remove stir bar before autoclaving.
- Autoclave on a liquid load for at least 45 minutes.
- Store at room temperature.
