Agar Growth Media

• Lysogeny Broth (LB) Plates
• Tetrozolium Arabinose (TA) Plates
• Minimal Arabinose (MA) Plates
• LB Plates without Salt and with Sucrose

Antibiotic Stock Solutions

• Rifampicin Antibiotic Stock
• Spectimomycin Antibiotic Stock
• Chloramphenicol Antibiotic Stock

Liquid Buffers

• 5X CES
• TBE Buffer
• Saline Buffer
• Magnesium Sulfate Buffer

Liquid Growth Media

• Minimal Glucose (MG)
• Lysogeny Broth (LB)
• Lysogeny Broth without Salt

Note that the rifampicin stock for the project was made at 25mg/mL in methanol. Plating for the competitions is done on TA and MA, made with L-Arabinose. Add 5% Sucrose to the no salt LB agar plates.
