- Lysogeny Broth (LB) Plates
- Tetrozolium Arabinose (TA) Plates
- Minimal Arabinose (MA) Plates
- LB Plates without Salt and with Sucrose
Antibiotic Stock Solutions
Liquid Buffers
Liquid Growth Media
Note that the rifampicin stock for the project was made at 25mg/mL in methanol. Plating for the competitions is done on TA and MA, made with L-Arabinose. Add 5% Sucrose to the no salt LB agar plates.
